Does unlimited support mean all work is included?

Unlimited support covers day-to-day IT issues, troubleshooting, and maintenance for your managed devices. Projects like new equipment setup, office moves, network upgrades, or major changes are quoted separately. We're always transparent about what's included and what's billable.

How are seats calculated?

Plans are priced based on the number of computers, servers, and devices we manage. This keeps pricing fair - you only pay for what you have. Shared devices and servers may be counted differently depending on usage.

What backups are included?

Both plans include BDR (Backup and Disaster Recovery) for servers with local and cloud copies. EliteCare also includes Microsoft 365 backup, which protects your email, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams data from accidental deletion or ransomware.

Do you support third-party apps and vendors?

Yes. We work with your line-of-business applications and coordinate with software vendors on your behalf. Whether it's your EHR system, accounting software, or industry-specific tools, we'll help troubleshoot issues and manage updates.

Are there any setup fees?

There's a one-time onboarding fee that covers initial assessment, documentation, and setup. We'll provide this quote after our discovery call.

What if I need something not listed?

We can customize plans for specific needs. Additional services like projects, new equipment setup, or after-hours work for CoreCare clients are billed at our standard hourly rates.

Can I upgrade from CoreCare to EliteCare later?

Do you require long-term contracts?
